The Alpenschlössel is home to a bar with a new panorama lounge and sun terrace. The Quellenhof Bar in the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Passeier also offers wonderful cocktails and a fine selection of high-quality distillates and wines. In addition, you will find a cigar lounge in the main building.

All indicated prices include the Alpenschlössel gourmet half board with a rich breakfast buffet and a six-course gourmet menu in the evening.

The following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay at Hotel | Chalet Das Alpenschlössel:

• For cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge a handling fee of 50 euros per booked room.
• For cancellations up to eleven days before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between ten days and one day before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.

… for our suites and chalets

For the exclusive suites and chalets at Hotel | Chalet Das Alpenschlössel, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• For cancellations up to 4 months prior to arrival, we charge a handling fee of 50 euros per booked suite/chalet.
• For cancellations up to two months before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between two months and four weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between four weeks and ten days before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked price of the stay.
• For cancellations from ten days to one day before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.

Please note that our cancellation policy depends on the possibility of reallocating the cancelled rooms either in whole or in part. To be considered valid, cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits will be refunded in the form of a voucher, considering the cancellation conditions; monetary refunds are not possible.

On the day of arrival, your room or suite will be ready for you from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room or suite by 11 a.m. Late check-outs are possible until 6 p.m., depending on availability. The fee for late checkout is 50% of the room or suite rate. Additionally, a late check-out option for the wellness and spa area is available for €50.00 per room or suite from noon onwards.

When booking online, children’s prices are calculated automatically based on their age.

The hotel bill is settled at check-out. For certain rooms and offers, namely the luxury chalets and suites, as well as for group trips and special arrangements, a deposit of 40% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.

Travelling with your furry best friend? Your faithful four-legged companion is very welcome here. We charge €25.00 per day (excluding food) per pet.

Please note that dogs are not allowed to enter the wellness areas, the sunbathing lawns, and most dining areas. If you would like to bring your dog with you at mealtimes, please let us know in advance.

If you want to relax in our dog-free wellness areas during your stay, our dog sitters will be happy to look after your pet. We charge €15.00 per hour for dog sitting.

We kindly request that guests wear elegant attire to the dinner.

At our resort, multiple charging stations are available to our guests with electric vehicles. These services are available for a fee.

At our hotel with a home-away-from-home atmosphere, we have thought of everything that families might need: bottle warmers, changing mats, baby monitors, prams, children’s rucksacks, and more. At the Quellenhof Passeier, you can also look forward to fun and games in the Acqua Family Parc, a family sauna village, childcare, a children’s restaurant, the Kids’ Club and Junior Club, a 3D cinema, a climbing hall, playrooms, and much more.

To fulfil your every wish during your holiday, you will find a sophisticated selection of shops for your daily needs at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Passeier: delicatessens, shops with hiking clothing, cosmetics boutiques, and much more.

A stay in our luxury resort is filled with pampering inclusive services. We are happy to list them clearly for you.

In addition to the price of the stay, a local tax of €3.30 per person (from 14 years) per night will be charged.

The surcharge for New Year's Eve (aperitif reception, festive gala menu, fireworks, midnight buffet, live music and brunch on New Year's Day) amounts to 180 Euro per adult. The surcharge for children from 5 years - 13,9 years amounts to 100 Euro. (children under 5 years don't pay the surcharge, children over 14 years pay the full surcharge).
Participation at the New Year's Celebration is compulsory.

You can park your car free of charge in our car park or in our underground car park.

We accept EC debit cards, Visa, and MasterCard. You are also welcome to pay your room bill by bank transfer in advance. Please note, however, that the transfer must have arrived in our account by the day of your departure (processing time: three days).

The current pricing structure replaces all prior price lists. If there’s a discrepancy between the prices in your booking confirmation and this list, the prices and terms outlined in the website’s price list will prevail.

You can rent mountain and e-bikes, hiking equipment (backpack, trekking poles, maps), and tennis rackets and balls from us.

You can dine in our restaurant, which has a sun terrace. Additionally, at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Passeier, you have the option of the à la carte restaurant, the Gourmetstube 1897, and the Sky Restaurant Teppanyaki. And don’t miss the unique experience of dining at the sophisticated underwater restaurant in the Quellenhof See Lodge, renowned for its exquisite fish delicacies.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific suite number or floor at booking. However, we do our best to accommodate your preferences, including table reservations in our restaurant.

Information regarding the pricing for a room or suite with single occupancy can be provided upon request.

• Guesthouse F – Rooftop Spa, exclusively for adults from 16 years, with dress-on and nude areas:

• Guesthouse V – Vital Spa, exclusively for adults from 14 years (sauna from 16 years), the area around the Lake Event Sauna is a nude area:

  Saunas from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in summer and from 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in winter

• Guesthouse P – Family Spa, for families with children from 6 years. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The sauna area can be used in swimwear. We ask that it be considered a place of tranquillity.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of a cancellation. It covers cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness, or death of the insured persons, as well as their children, parents, and grandparents. A medical certificate must be enclosed with the written cancellation by e-mail. The costs of the travel cancellation insurance must always be paid, even in the event of cancellation earlier than four weeks. The insurance must be taken out immediately with the room booking.

The Travel Cancellation Insurance covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person, his or her children, parents or grandparents. (Of course we need a written confirmation). The insurance must be taken out through HOGAST.
