At Hotel | Chalet Das Alpenschlössel, the day begins with all sorts of delights. Our breakfast buffet has plenty of delicacies in store for you to fortify yourself for an adventurous day in the mountains. When the weather permits and the temperatures are pleasant, you can have breakfast on our sunny panorama terrace. And the day ends as it began: with culinary delights. After an eventful day, we will spoil you with an exquisite six-course menu in the cosy “Stuben” parlour or the modern dining room.
Classics and specialities
Gourmet half board meals are included at Hotel | Chalet Das Alpenschlössel. However, you are also welcome to reserve a table in one of our speciality restaurants: the Gourmetstube 1897 or the Sky Restaurant Teppanyaki at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Passeier, or the underwater restaurant at the Quellenhof See Lodge.

In the evening, following an enjoyable gourmet dinner, the best way to round off your day is with a digestif or a favourite cocktail in our chic bar with its new Panorama Lounge. Our expert bartenders will artfully craft your chosen beverage. In the cold months, a warming fire burns in the fireplace, creating a cosy ambience.
All guests of the Alpenschlössel are invited to dine in the speciality restaurants of the main Quellenhof resort and the Quellenhof See Lodge:
- Gourmetstube 1897: In the intimate, exquisite, and multiple award-winning Gourmetstube 1897 in the Quellenhof Passeier, you can enjoy a gourmet, star-level menu to enchant your senses from Tuesday to Saturday from 6 p.m. onwards. Prices range between €125.00 and €155.00 based on menu selection.
- Sky Restaurant Teppanyaki: In the Sky Restaurant Teppanyaki at the Quellenhof Passeier, you can experience real Japanese show cooking at its best from Wednesday to Sunday from 7 p.m. onwards for an extra charge of €95.00 on top of your half board price.
- underwater restaurant: At the Quellenhof See Lodge, you can enjoy exquisite fish dishes every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. for an extra €125.00 on top of your half board price.
